Shipping Policy:
Orders take approximately 6-8 business days to arrive after your payment has been fully processed and received by Flawless Addiction Hair. For all international orders (outside of USA) it will take approximately 10-12 business days after payment is fully processed and received. Please add an additional 1-2 business days for payment processing. Please be advised that your billing address must match your shipping address in order for Flawless Addiction Hair to ship your order. Orders with a different shipping and billing addresses will be canceled and refunded.
Custom wigs: your order will be shipped approximately 10 business days after your payment has been fully processed.
Flawless Addiction Hair currently uses USPS Priority Mail® with required signature confirmation to ship all orders. Please be sure to provide a valid email address as you will receive a USPS tracking number (on the third or fourth business day of ordering), once your order has been shipped. Flawless Addiction Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen and/or undeliverable orders. Please confirm that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.
Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXCEPTIONS. Flawless Addiction Hair will EXCHANGE your purchase ONLY if we made a mistake with your order (i.e. if you received the wrong hair texture or length). Under any circumstance, please don’t hesitate to contact Flawless Addiction Hair if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Important: Please be advised that the Federal Law prohibits us from accepting any used human hair products due to health regulations and hygiene concerns. Once you receive your purchase and the item(s) are removed from its bundle and used in any visible way, all exchanges are null and voided even if you received an incorrect bundle or product.
For all exchanges, it is an absolute must that you contact us via email at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your product and from there we will determine what can be done to resolve any issues and to further authorize exchange. Once you receive your order, we suggest that you thoroughly check your delivered items immediately. Please do not send exchanged items that have not been authorized.
Please note: All products must be returned to us within 7 days from the day it was authorized for an exchange. After 7 days we will assume that the product is satisfactory and no exchange is necessary.
Important: Our exchange policy must meet the following criteria to receive an exchange:
- All items must be in its original packaging with tags still attached. Flawless Addition Hair must also be still in its original bundle and not untied at the top.
- Items can not be worn, washed, colored, unraveled, processed, cut, styled, or altered in any way.
- Returned item must be accompanied with invoice.
- We must physically receive the merchandise before an exchange can be allowed. Please allow 72 business hours upon receipt.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost. We suggest including tracking and/or insurance to protect your package.
- Take a photograph of the product(s) and its packaging that backup the reason for exchange and send it to us.
Cancellation Policy
All customers have 2 hours to cancel their order once it has been submitted to us. Cancellations after 2 hours are considered exchanges and Flawless Addiction Hair will not honor any cancellations after 2 hours.
Payments
Flawless Addiction Hair accepts major credit card and PayPal only. Please allow 1-2 business days for payment processing. Your billing address must match your shipping address in order for us to ship your products. Orders with different billing and shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS OVER THE PHONE.

Please understand that “NO TWO HEADS ARE ALIKE”. Due to the distinct nature of human hair, two heads of hair are never exactly the same. The photos on our website legally belong to an are the property of Flawless Addiction Hair, they are to give you an idea of how the hair textures and color will look. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that all bundles texture and color will look the same, but they will not be distinctly different.
Please treat Flawless Addiction Hair with care for longevity. If you bleach, dye, tint, perm, or use extreme heat on the hair you risk drying out your hair extensions. Chemicals may cause your hair to shed and tangle. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the longevity of any hair that has been processed or chemically treated. Please consult a HAIR CARE PROFESSIONAL before applying any chemicals to Flawless Addiction Hair.
